Terms of Service
Read our terms of service before booking our services.
These terms apply to all offers and services presented on websites, apps, and other platforms used by Albatros Lokalservice 24/7 AB, 559267-9731 (hereafter “Seller”) or its partners, unless otherwise specified by additional or specific terms. A booking assumes that the customer has read and accepted these terms at the time of order.
Performance
Work is carried out only within the Stockholm area. We reserve the right to cancel orders outside this area, and any payment will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of up to 10% of the price due to incorrect bookings.
Price
The price presented at the time of booking covers the hours selected by the customer. The price remains the same even if the actual work time is shorter. If the booked time is insufficient, extra hours will be agreed upon and charged at standard rates. Cleaning materials are not included in the price. The customer must provide their own materials (except for move-out and deep cleaning).
Payment
Payment is made post-service via invoice (10 days net). For multiple orders, invoicing occurs monthly in arrears.
ROT/RUT
For smooth ROT/RUT handling, please ensure the following:
- The person ordering the service (customer) is registered at or owns the residence where the work is being done.
- The customer has sufficient tax credit (ROT/RUT) left to use for the year.
- Payment must be made from an account that belongs to the person named on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge the full invoice amount, including the ROT/RUT deduction, if the Swedish Tax Agency rejects the customer’s tax reduction request.
Guarantees and Complaints
We always perform a quality check before collecting payment. Under consumer protection law, the customer has the right to file a complaint. If the work is unsatisfactory, we will address the issues free of charge or redo the service, according to the Consumer Services Act. Complaints must be submitted in writing with attached photos on the same day the work was done.
Cancellation Policy
If an order is canceled less than 24 hours before the agreed start time, the customer must compensate the seller with 50% of the standard price for the ordered work. Special cancellation policies may apply to promotional offers or orders placed through third-party vendors, as indicated at the time of the order.
Personal Data
The seller processes all customer information, such as names, emails, and other details, for administrative purposes and marketing. Marketing is carried out via our newsletters.
